1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products (ebooks, downloadable materials, training content, software, and digital resources), all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Once access or download has been granted, no refunds will be issued.

2. Consulting and Advisory Services

Refund eligibility for consulting services depends on the specific service purchased.

If a consultation or service has already been delivered → non-refundable.
If cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment → the session may be rescheduled.
Personalised services already in progress → non-refundable.
